From March through November of 2021, I worked as a Miller Center Fellow paired with client company: Innovation Works. Innovation Works is a community and economic development organization committed to reducing Baltimore's neighborhood and racial wealth divide.
In consultation with Innovation Works, my team was responsible for developing a revised marketing and communication strategy to improve the organizations reach to key stakeholders.
In combination with two films that our team produced and edited, we compiled key strategic recommendations for IW based on the data we collected from our 3 month long mixed-method research study.
Strategic Communication Plan: Based on the data we collected from over 100 key stakeholders, this plan provides recommendations in the form of logic models for creating stronger mission centered messaging across IW’s key voices.
